I have to beg forgiveness of those who have been reading along with the Bible in a year. Xanga has been giving me fits the past couple of days and I haven't been able to post to get the scriptures posted. I do apologize for that. I knew I was forgetting something when I blogged the other night, and since I have not been able to get on to post. I hope I haven't thrown anyone too far behind.
Mon 1/31 - Exodus 11-13
Tues 2/1- Exodus 14-17
Wed 2/2 - Exodus 18-20
Thur 2/3 - Exodus 21-24
Fri 2/4 - Exodus 25-27
Sat 2/5 - Exodus 28-31

Now on a praise note, one of the people from the business office at the hospital called today to talk about the bill there. She said she noticed that the injury was listed as an accident. After a bit of discussion, she offered to file a claim with the city since the accident happened on city property, suggesting that they might pay part of the bill. She also told John that she would talk to her supervisor and see if they can help us out with a portion of the bill. God is working on helping us out with these medical bills. I knew he would. He is wonderful!!!
It has been a busy week so far, and shows no signs of slowing down any time soon. I had something else I was going to mention in my blog tonight, but I have forgotten, oh yeah...
We finally got the car into the shop to have the muffler repaired. John said it was hanging on by two little wires and that was it. It was swinging under the car. Surprisingly, it only cost $55 to repair. I was shocked. I was certain I was going to have to spend a couple hundred on it, but only $55 got that baby quieted down. It's amazing the difference in how it runs, and I wonder why we didn't get it done sooner. I imagine it's because we were afraid of the expense. My truck runs so much quieter now, I almost wasn't sure it was running when I started it and it didn't ROAR at me. I also noticed it has pick up again and the heater gets warm a LOT faster. I am so glad it was a cheap repair. Praise God.
I need to go read my Purpose Filled chapter before bed. Have a great one!

you have been a busy girl since I last had time to visit {i've been a bit restricted by not being able to work the keyboard cos I managed to damage my hands with an acid based product the feed company used to fumigate our feed bins. it's burned the skin between my fingers and my hands are itchy as hell so I'm wearing gloves to keep me from scratching my skin off. I would think the city should pay the whole damn bill, it sure as hell wasn't john's fault.(catch you later)
I excited that your financial things are falling in place. Love you!
Let the city whip out THEIR checkbook!! Good luck!
Yes, that's Cierra. I told Daniel she looks drunk in that picture! I'm not quite sure what was going on when we took it.
Don't make fun of our snowman! I was just excited that we had such a heavy wet snow that we could even make one. I was tempted to take snow off the vehicles to cover all the leaves, but I couldn't feel my fingers anymore, so I just cleaned his face off.
Love you!
